President / Project Manager
Linda Stallings is President of Alliance Retail Construction as well as Lyn Development Corporation, a registered Woman Business Enterprise operating in Westerns Pennsylvania. Linda has over 30 years experience in the retail construction trade and has an outstanding reputation throughout the insustry. She is actively involved in assuring that your project is completed on time and 100% to your satisfaction.
Jim Stallings
Senior Vice President / Business Development
Jim Stallings is the Senior Vice President / Director of Business Development with Alliance Retail Construction and has over 30 years of customer service and construction experience. Jim is available for additional company information for Alliance Retail Construction or LYN Development Corporation.
Tim Cunningham
Vice President / Project Manager
Tim is a Vice President / Project Manager for Alliance Retail Construction. Coming from a family of contractors, it was only natural for Tim to follow into the industry. With over 25 years of residential and commercial experience, as well as a number of State Contractors licenses, Tim is highly qualified to complete your projects.
Tom Strutt
Vice President / Project Manager
Tom is a Vice President / Project Manager for Alliance Retail Construction. With over 30 years of general construction experience, Tom has completed projects ranging from minor renovations, to million-dollar, multi-tenant projects. Tom is available to meet with owners and representatives to review construction details and options as well as assist in the design and pre-construction stage.
Chris Strutt
Project Manager
Chris has over 30 years of construction experience and has been involved in project management for over 10 years. In that time he has overseen projects from small tenant fit-outs to multi-million dollar renovations. He has experience in Commercial, healthcare, industrial, retail and government projects.
Nick Stallings
Project Manager
Nick graduated in 2016 from the University of Miami with a degree in Business Management and Business Analytics. Prior to joining Alliance Retail in 2022, he worked for 6+ years as a District and Project Manager for a global grocery store. Nick has trained both in the office and out in the field, assuming full PM responsibility in 2024.
Nick Strutt
Asst. Project Manager
Nick has been an Assistant Superintendent for two years and was recently promoted to Asst. Project Manager. His responsibilities include scheduling manpower and materials, coordinating subcontractors, securing permits and inspections, and completing projects on-time and on budget.
